t is found in books that Rajab is one of Allah’s four sacred months.The Holy Quran’s Surah Al-Asr, verse number 1, clearly mentions it. Allah took the Seal of the Prophets, Muhammad Mustafa (peace and blessings be upon him), on a journey from Masjid al-Haram to Masjid al-Aqsa. This was on the night of 27 Rajab. On that very day, the five daily prayers were granted to the Ummah by Allah’s command.Among the scholars, there are different opinions about Mi’raj. Some say it was a spiritual journey, others say it was physical.My belief is that it was physical. Just as Allah brought Hazrat Adam (peace be upon him) down to earth. Just as Hazrat Isa (peace be upon him) was raised to the heavens. Indeed, Allah is capable of everything.There is no need to get caught in this debate. Whether Mi’raj was physical or spiritual, when Allah and the angels send durood and salaam upon His Messenger. May Allah accept our prayers for His sake alone.May Iran achieve success against oppression and tyranny. May peace, tranquility, and brotherhood prevail in our country. May it reach such heights of development that all the countries of the world seem small from there. Ameen.
