Today is the sacred day of 22 Rajab, when millions of Muslims prepare Kunde Meethi Tikiya attributed to the sixth Imam Jafar Sadiq Alaihissalam and give nazar (evil eye protection).In this special tradition, people visit homes, taste the tikiya, and seek blessings,which is mainly prevalent in India, Bangladesh, and Pakistan.This year, the specialty of this nazar was that special prayers were offered for the victory (fateh) of Iran,so that the unity of the Islamic world strengthens.According to Islamic belief, Rajab—one of the four sacred months—is honored in the sight of Allah. In this holy month, people keep fasts, seek forgiveness from their Lord, and pray for protection while traveling on city paths. 22 Rajab is celebrated in memory of Imam Jafar Sadiq (A.S.), who is regarded as a fountainhead of knowledge and ilm. This day is not only a symbol of religious faith but has also become a center of hopes for the victory of Muslim countries like Iran.
