A viral video on social media shows a young man repeatedly slamming and beating a 4-year-old child to death. The video is from Thane district, Maharashtra, where the child’s mother’s lover, Shambhu Sharma, beat the child to death. Initially, the death was reported as normal, but during the inquest, marks of injuries were found on the child’s body, prompting the police to order a post-mortem, which confirmed death due to severe internal injuries.
After watching the video, people are protesting with tears in their eyes over this barbaric murder, and across the country, people are demanding from the Maharashtra Government that such a person be given the death penalty and his house be demolished with a bulldozer. Indians are united against such brutality towards children and are appealing for strict punishment.
