This achievement is being credited to the vision of Maulana Yasub Abbas, General Secretary of the All India Shia Personal Law Board, his sustained efforts in the field of education, and his policy of promoting modern technical and employment-oriented courses.
The improvement in the quality of education, efforts to provide students with modern technical knowledge, and measures to ensure better examination results have together resulted in Shia College achieving the top position in Uttar Pradesh.
