Khamenei’s Mission Continues Even After His Martyrdom! Son Mojtaba Khamenei Calls on Muslim Countries to Unite Against the US and Israel
Tehran, August 31: Amid the ongoing conflict involving the United States and Israel, Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei was martyred. Following his martyrdom, his son and Iran’s new Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Seyyed Mojtaba Hosseini Khamenei, has issued an important message addressed to Muslim countries.
Mojtaba Khamenei called on Muslim countries, particularly those in West Asia and the Persian Gulf region, to unite against the United States and Israel. He said Muslim countries must recognize their real adversary and put aside their differences to strengthen unity, cooperation and collective security.
Mojtaba Khamenei’s Message Emerges Amid Rumours
For several months, various speculations and rumours had circulated regarding Mojtaba Khamenei’s condition and health. During the US-Israeli attack in which his father, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, was killed, Mojtaba Khamenei was also reportedly injured and remained largely out of the public eye for an extended period. This led to widespread speculation about his whereabouts and condition.
Now, his message issued during Islamic Unity Week has delivered an important political signal amid those rumours. He called on Muslim countries to overcome their differences and stand united.
Reference to Palestine and Gaza
Mojtaba Khamenei linked Muslim unity with the issue of Palestine, saying that if Muslim countries stand together, the situation in the region can be changed. His message comes at a time when tensions remain high over Israeli attacks in Gaza and violence in the West Bank.
He specifically called on the Gulf countries to reconsider their relations with the United States and Israel as well as the prevailing regional security situation. He argued that divisions among Muslim countries serve the interests of external powers.
