In a significant stride toward educational excellence and institutional innovation, the Indian Chamber of Education and Research (ICER)—a distinguished body known for its contributions to academic consultancy, research advancement, publishing, and pedagogical reform—has officially released the names of its newly appointed honorary members to the National Committee.
The committee comprises eminent individuals recognized for their impactful work across diverse domains including education, medicine, public administration, behavioral sciences, and international collaboration. Among the honored appointees are:
– Dr. Rupam Bachhil, Registrar, International University, Dimapur — lauded for exemplary leadership in educational administration
– Dr. Anoop Arpan, acclaimed author and thought leader — recognized for his pioneering work in youth mental development and motivation
– Amal Kumar Verma, former IAS officer — honored for his long-standing service in administrative innovation and policy formulation
– Dr. Sunit Kumar Mishra, Senior Consultant, King George’s Medical University — acknowledged for his contributions to medical education and public health
– Prof. P.C.K. Rao, Professor, Ethiopian Civil University — celebrated for his role in fostering international academic cooperation and research
