His foresight also facilitated land for Christian missionary schools, which still play a significant role in education, though securing admission in these schools has become challenging due to the growing population.
The Land of Dargah Hazrat Abbas: New Possibilities
According to reliable sources, there are plans to construct a Roza (mausoleum) on the vacant land of Dargah Hazrat Abbas in Lucknow. However, local residents believe that the needs of society have evolved. The Quran, in Surah 58, Ayat 11, emphasizes the importance of education, highlighting that knowledge is the greatest tool for uplifting society. Therefore, instead of building a Roza, this land should be utilized for education, health, and skill development.
People suggest establishing CBSE and ICSE schools, technical education institutes, and a modern hospital offering free treatment on this land. Additionally, skill development courses and coaching centers could be set up to provide employment opportunities for the community’s youth. Such initiatives would not only carry forward Dr. Kalbe Sadiq’s vision but also empower the new generation to become self-reliant.
