ЁЯМ╣ Death Is a Reality, Love for Ahl al-Bayt Is a Sacred Trust тАФ In Memory of the Late Maulana Salman Madani ЁЯМ╣

Here is the complete English Indeed, we belong to Allah, and indeed, to Him we shall return.

(Inna Lillahi wa Inna Ilayhi Raji’un)

Today, we have lost a personality whose later years of life were increasingly marked by the pursuit of truth, reflection, and love for the Ahl al-Bayt (the Family of the Prophet я╖║). The news of the passing of Maulana Salman Madani has deeply saddened his admirers. Across social media, people are sharing his speeches, messages, and videos as a tribute to his memory.

May Allah forgive the deceased, illuminate his grave, elevate his ranks, and envelop him in His perfect mercy. Ameen.

The Holy Qur’an reminds us of the greatest reality of this world:

> “Every soul shall taste death.”

(Surah Aal ‘Imran 3:185)

A person’s true success is not measured by wealth, fame, or status, but by the faith, deeds, and beliefs with which they depart from this world.

Those close to the late Maulana Salman Madani often mention that Allah blessed him, especially in the later part of his life, with a deeper love for the Family of the Messenger of Allah я╖║ (Ahl al-Bayt) and the ability to recognize what he believed to be the truth. Thereafter, he performed ziyarat, expressed his convictions, and endeavored to convey what he understood to be the truth.

The Holy Qur’an states:

> “Say, ‘I ask of you no reward for this except love for my near relatives.'”

(Surah Ash-Shura 42:23)

Likewise, Allah Almighty says:

> “Indeed, Allah commands justice and excellence.”

(Surah An-Nahl 16:90)

Claiming love is easy, but its sincerity is demonstrated through righteous deeds, noble character, justice, and obedience to Allah and His Messenger я╖║. This is also the message of the Ahl al-Bayt: to recognize the truth, remain steadfast upon it, and bear witness to it through one’s character and actions.

Let us all pray for the deceased, and also for ourselves:

> “O Allah! Guide us, keep our hearts firm upon the truth, grant us the ability to walk on the Straight Path, bless us with love and respect for the Pure Ahl al-Bayt and all the noble Companions, and let us live and die upon true faith. Ameen.”

May Allah forgive the late Maulana Salman Madani, accept his righteous deeds, and grant him the highest place in Jannat al-Firdaws. Ameen.
