Pappu Yadav Files Complaint Against Dhirendra Shastri Over Remarks on Lord Krishna
Political controversy is growing over कथावाचक Dhirendra Krishna Shastri’s controversial remarks about Lord Krishna. Purnia MP Pappu Yadav reached the Parliament Street Police Station in Delhi and filed a complaint against Dhirendra Shastri.
In a post on social media platform X, Pappu Yadav said that any insult to Lord Krishna would not be tolerated under any circumstances. He also stated that he would pursue legal action against Shastri and ensure that he is punished.
The controversy stems from a religious discourse held in Karera on October 29, where Dhirendra Shastri made remarks comparing Lord Krishna’s appearance and style with those of his own revered deity. His comments included references to Lord Krishna’s posture, flute-playing, and a comparison between Vrindavan and Ayodhya.
The remarks have triggered opposition and criticism. Pappu Yadav has termed them an insult to Lord Krishna and demanded legal action against the कथावाचक.
