Opposition Protests in Parliament, Demands Education Minister’s Resignation; Extends Support to Students at Jantar Mantar

New Delhi: Opposition parties once again staged a protest in the Parliament complex, demanding the resignation of Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan. Opposition MPs, dressed in black, raised slogans against the government over the alleged NEET paper leak and irregularities in the examination system.

The MPs reiterated their demand for the resignation of the Union Education Minister, stating that the government must be held accountable for ensuring transparency in the examination process and safeguarding the future of students.

The opposition also expressed solidarity with the students who have been staging a sit-in protest at Jantar Mantar for the past 23 days. Wearing black clothes as a mark of protest, the MPs said they stand with the students and youth and urged the government to seriously address their demands.

According to the opposition, repeated irregularities in the examination system have adversely affected the future of millions of students. The government, however, has previously rejected these allegations.
