New DSP Kamlesh Dixit Pays Courtesy Visit to Maulana Yasoob Abbas

Lucknow, 10.04.2026. After assuming charge, the new DSP, Mr. Kamlesh Dixit, paid a courtesy visit to Maulana Yasoob Abbas, Secretary of the All India Shia Personal Law Board and a respected Shia religious leader, at his residence in Awas Vikas. Maulana Yasoob Abbas is known as a fearless leader who speaks the truth on various social issues without caring about criticism and effectively raises those concerns before the administration. His strong influence in the community and his straightforward nature are well recognized. SP Kotwali, the Chowk Station House Officer, and other police officials were also present on the occasion.
DSP Kamlesh Dixit greeted Maulana Sahib and expressed his wish for his cooperation in maintaining peace and security in the city. Welcoming the DSP, Maulana Yasoob Abbas said that coordination between the police and the community would form the foundation of Lucknow’s progress.
