On this occasion, Shabu Zaidi, Uttar Pradesh General Secretary of Indian Professional Journalists, while congratulating Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on his birthday, said that under his leadership, Uttar Pradesh has witnessed remarkable transformation in the areas of law and order, development, and good governance. He said that before Yogi Adityanath became Chief Minister, the state was deeply influenced by mafia and strongmen.
Common people, especially the poor and weaker sections, had to live in an environment of fear and insecurity.
At many places, the influence of the powerful was so strong that they would illegally occupy others’ lands and properties and victims faced difficulties in getting justice.
Shabu Zaidi said that the Yogi government has made efforts to establish the rule of law in the state by taking strict action against crime and mafia-ism. Today, ordinary citizens feel more secure than before. He said that the steps taken to strengthen law and order along with development works in Uttar Pradesh are being widely discussed across the country.
While mentioning a special quality of the Chief Minister, Zaidi said that Yogi Adityanath openly follows his religion and traditions, but as Chief Minister he also fulfills his constitutional duties and Rajdharma. He said that an effort has been made to ensure that the benefits of the government’s public welfare schemes reach all sections and communities.
According to him, Yogi Adityanath does not do politics of misleading any religion or community, but runs the administration while keeping his identity and views clear.
Shabu Zaidi said that today a large population of Uttar Pradesh wants to see Yogi Adityanath playing a bigger role in national politics. He said that his popularity among the public is continuously increasing and many people express the desire to see him take up the responsibility of the country’s highest leadership in the future.
